Studio Policies

Because I respect the time of the guests in my chair, I will not pause the flow of a current appointment to book future appointments. As a result, self-guided online booking is the main method of booking an appointment at the studio. A credit card is required to secure your appointment.

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I require 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you do not arrive for your appointment, or cancel your appointment within the 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will be imposed.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late to an appointment will result in a reduction of services for the day.

If you are sick with any illness, you will need to reschedule your appointment.

If you arrive to your appointment noticeably ill and not willing to take necessary precautions, I will ask you to reschedule your appointment.

I am a vaccinated and boosted stylist.

Product doesn't always work out.

You have up to 3 months to bring a product back to replace it with a more suitable product.
